4. Appointment Booking Terms

• Patients must arrive at the scheduled appointment time or slightly before it.
• Patients must input accurate information when registering their profile.
• Doctors have the authority to modify, accept, decline, or cancel bookings in accordance with clinic policies.

5. Cancellation & Fake Bookings Policy

Patients may reschedule or cancel their bookings before the scheduled appointment within a reasonable timeframe.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake/dummy bookings.
• Using false credentials or invalid phone numbers.
• Abusing the platform software.

Platform administrators or clinics reserve the right to suspend or block accounts for violating these rules.

6. Doctor Subscriptions

The platform may provide a free promotional trial period.

After the trial ends, doctors can choose a subscription model (monthly flat rate or a fee-per-case basis). Pricing is clearly disclosed before subscription starts.

The platform reserves the right to adjust subscription rates in the future, with advance notifications sent to users.

7. Financial Transactions

If payment for a consultation is made outside the platform (such as cash at the clinic or external bank wallets), any financial dispute is strictly between the patient and the clinic. The platform bears no responsibility for processing refunds or managing these transactions.

8. Medical Services Liability

Majora Clinics is a digital technology portal for booking coordination and clinic management.

All clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, pricing, and service quality are the sole responsibility of the respective physician or medical center.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide maximum platform stability; however, temporary downtime may occur due to:

• Regular system maintenance.
• Platform software updates.
• Internet connection or cloud provider failures.
• Circumstances beyond our control.

The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from such temporary service interruptions.

10. Account Termination

Users may request to delete their accounts at any time.

Platform administrators also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any accounts that violate these terms or abuse services.

11. Modifications to Terms
